📌 No Returns & No Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been processed and shipped. This policy is in place to maintain the hygiene, quality, and safety of our personal care and beauty items.

We only offer replacements in the following cases:
✅ Defective or damaged products upon arrival
✅ Wrong item received (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery)

  • Clear photos of the issue (damaged/wrong item)
